Finance Specialist (Temporary, 1 year)

The Finance Specialist plays a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and smooth collaboration with regional and global finance teams. This role supports compliance, financial closings, and business decision-making in a multinational environment.

Position:

As a Finance Specialist, you will:

• Manage general ledger activities and ensure compliance with IFRS, Saudi GAAP, company policies, and local tax regulations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing, including balance sheet and P&L analysis.
• Coordinate with the GBS team in Poland on general ledger, intercompany, and Accounts Receivable topics, resolving complex or escalated issues.
• Handle intercompany accounting processes, reconciliations, cross-charges, and related reporting.
• Act as a key contact for external auditors and support statutory reporting and audits
• Support internal controls and compliance activities.
• Oversee accounts receivable and VAT-related processes, coordinating with customer service, supply chain, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Professional qualifications of SOCPA/ CPA / CA are a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting or business finance, ideally within a multinational company or Big Four environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS; knowledge of Saudi GAAP and local tax regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
