الوصف الوظيفي

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the financial health of an organization. This position involves managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions. The Finance Manager will work closely with various departments to develop budgets, forecast financial performance, and implement effective financial controls. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage the organization's financial planning and budgeting processes.
  2. Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  4. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
  7. Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.
  8. Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance.
  9. Implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  10. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial performance and strategy.

Preferred Candidate:


  1. Experience should be in Manufacturing Industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Proven leadership and team management experience.
  4. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  7. Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  8. Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights.
  9. Experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
  10. Adaptability to changing business environments and priorities.
