Salary Range: SAR 4,000 – 6,000 per month (negotiable)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Assistant to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with a solid background in accounting or finance, experience handling day-to-day financial transactions, and a good understanding of local tax and compliance regulations. Proficiency in using finance-related platforms and ERP systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, and account reconciliation
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Process employee expense claims and ensure proper documentation and approval
• Monitor and track accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in preparing VAT reports and other financial statements required by local authorities
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations and company policies

Familiarity with key Saudi financial systems and platforms is required, including:

• ZATCA (for VAT filing and e-invoicing – Fatoorah)
• GOSI (for employee insurance deductions)
• Mudad (for payroll/WPS compliance)
• Experience using localized ERP systems compliant with Saudi VAT and payroll laws (e.g., SAP, Zoho Books, Microsoft Dynamics)
