Handle customer returns and exchanges in a professional manner.

Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Previous experience as a Retail Sales Representative or in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Sales-oriented with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
