The Digital Transformation Director will be responsible for managing the IT division, and leading digital transformation and innovation initiatives across the business.
This role will be a major contributor to the ongoing enterprise-wide digital transformation.
The Digital Transformation Director must ideally come from the Pharmaceuticals industry; the role will be based based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The Digital Transformation Director will be responsible for:
Developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectivesActing as the bridge between business and technology - engaging stakeholders, analysing business processes, and implementing digital solutions that enhance organisational performanceEnsuring successful roll-out and adoption of SAP solutionsIntroducing AI-driven automationUsing technology to increase efficiency when it comes to regulatory proceduresDriving data analytics and introducing real-time dashboards to support date-driven decision-making across the organisationStaying up-to-date with latest trends in Technology within the Pharmaceuticals industry, and continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the organisationEffective leadership and development of staff within the Technology division
Profile
The Digital Transformation Director will be/have:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study (Master's is preferable)15+ years of experience in digital transformation, preferably in pharmaceuticals manufacturingTrack record in successfully leading large-scale digital transformation projectsBroad understanding of SAP functionalities and their operationStrong knowledge in emerging digital transformation and AI trendsAnalytical and innovative mindset; ability to spot opportunities for improvement, and find technology solutions for business problemsSkilled in leading organisational change management to drive digital adoptionExcellent stakeholder management and presentation skillsBased in/willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Job Offer
The total package for the Digital Transformation Director will be between SAR 65,000-75,000 per month plus benefits.
