Corporate Planning Specialist - Leading Petrochemical Company - Jubail - Saudi Arabia
Support the development and refresh of the organization's strategic plans, five-year business roadmap, annual operating plan, and mid-year reports.Coordinate with internal departments to gather input on performance targets and operational priorities.Draft business plans that reflect shifts in market dynamics and economic trends, with input from the Corporate Planning & Business Development leadership.Conduct monthly performance reviews, producing reports for internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, and government authorities.Collaborate on the preparation of board materials and strategic documentation used in high-level decision-making.Liaise with the Transformation Office and other teams to ensure alignment between strategy execution and operational outcomes.Stay abreast of industry developments in chemicals and petrochemicals and incorporate relevant insights into corporate planning efforts.Help maintain the company's reputation as a trusted source for internal strategy and external reporting across regulatory bodies.
Profile
Corporate Planning Specialist - Leading Petrochemical Company - Jubail - Saudi Arabia
5-7 years of experience in corporate planning, strategic advisory, or performance management within the petrochemical, chemical, or oil & gas sectors; backgrounds in consulting are also welcome.Holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA is a plus.Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is required.Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to prepare high-impact reports and engage senior stakeholders.Strong grasp of technology and data to improve planning efficiency.Proactive, articulate, and driven - a strategic thinker who thrives in cross-functional, performance-driven environments.
