TThe Principal of the Consulting & Partnerships Division leads the division's strategic direction and operational excellence, focusing on delivering superior consulting services and forging impactful strategic partnerships.
As a key leadership role, the principal is responsible for setting the vision for the division, driving growth through innovative services and alliances, managing key client relationships, and enhancing the firm’s competitive position in the market.
This role requires a unique blend of strategic foresight, leadership, and a deep understanding of the consulting landscape.
Duties •• Strategic Leadership: Define and articulate the vision for the Consulting & Partnerships Division, aligning its goals with the firm’s overall strategy.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to grow the division’s portfolio, enhance market presence, and drive client satisfaction.
• Business Development and Partnerships: Spearhead business development efforts to identify new market opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships that extend the firm's capabilities and reach.
Oversee the negotiation and management of partnership agreements to ensure strategic alignment and mutual value creation.
• Client Relationship Management: Lead and nurture key client relationships, ensuring the delivery of consulting services exceeds expectations.
Drive initiatives to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the division operates efficiently and effectively, with a focus on continuous improvement in processes, talent development, and service delivery.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the team.
• Team Leadership and Development: Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of consultants, managers, and specialists.
Champion professional development and foster a collaborative environment that attracts and retains top talent.
*Candidate must hold Saudi nationality* Educational Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Consulting, or related fields.
Further qualifications in Strategy, Leadership, or related areas are highly preferred.
Experience Minimum of 12-15 years of professional experience in management consulting, with substantial experience in a leadership role overseeing consulting operations, business development, or strategic partnerships.
Training Certification Certifications such as Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Project Management Professional (PMP), or other relevant credentials in consulting or business leadership are advantageous.
