Jasara PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Construction Manager - Sports Facilities.
This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of sports facility construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
You will be a key player in delivering state-of-the-art sports infrastructure that meets client requirements and contributes to the growth of sports in Saudi Arabia.
We are partnering with a reputable institution to deliver high‑profile sports and recreational facilities in Riyadh.
This initiative will create a state‑of‑the‑art, refurbished and upgraded complex designed to provide high‑quality accommodation and amenities for sport and leisure—aligned with the project’s primary objectives.
The project team will apply proven project management and construction‑supervision expertise to ensure on‑time delivery, strict cost control, and adherence to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities Lead and manage all construction activities specifically related to sports facilities.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets tailored for sports facility projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee project success.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and sports facility regulations.
Conduct site inspections and quality control to uphold project standards.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project sponsors and management.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction activities in sports venues.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in construction management, with significant exposure to sports facilities projects.
Strong understanding of sports facility construction standards and specifications.
Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
