الوصف الوظيفي

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead technical operations for Webex, virtual meetings, and hybrid collaboration events
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Cisco CallManager, Expressway, Webex Mesh, CMS, CMM, TMS
  • Manage support cases, document resolutions, and maintain system health using customer tools
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure optimal collaboration system performance
  • Own ad-hoc projects and drive system capability improvements
  • Ensure seamless integration with Exchange, Active Directory, and other enterprise tools
  • Maintain knowledge sharing across teams via central documentation


المهارات

What You Bring:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Webex Control Hub, Device Connector, and large-scale Webex environments
  • Deep knowledge of Cisco Video Endpoints and Room Systems
  • Experience with firewalls, SSO, IDP, Routing, Switching, VMware, and Cisco Compute
  • Familiarity with incident & request management processes and ticketing systems
  • Effective communicator with a proactive, customer-first mindset
  • CCIE Collaboration is a Must
