Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management:

• Resource Management:
• Managing budgets, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. 
• Patient Care Coordination:
• Overseeing patient care plans, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely and appropriate care. 
• Quality Improvement:
• Implementing and monitoring quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety. 
• Compliance:
• Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines, such as those from the NHS or the Police, as well as relevant policies and procedures.
