HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly skilled Chief Surveyor to lead our surveying department and ensure the highest standards of accuracy and precision in our projects.
The Chief Surveyor will play a critical role in planning, executing, and monitoring all survey-related activities on site.
This position demands a detail-oriented professional with proven leadership capabilities and extensive experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities Lead and coordinate survey teams to perform fieldwork and data collection for construction projects.
Develop and implement surveying procedures and quality control measures.
Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to provide accurate survey data.
Manage survey deliverables and documentation to support project milestones.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align surveying activities with project timelines.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and Saudi Arabian regulations.
Oversee maintenance and calibration of surveying instruments and technology.
Provide training and mentorship to junior surveyors and team members.
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
At least 15 years of experience in surveying with a strong background in construction projects.
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Expertise in using surveying instruments and software such as AutoCAD and GIS.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Saudi Arabian surveying codes and standards is preferred.
Experience working within PMC/PMO or consulting companies is a plus.
