Develop and execute the Federation’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with national and international sports policies.Oversee the operational, financial, and administrative management of the organization.Manage relations with Athletes, coaches and parents and engage them to the federation’s vision and roadmap. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with the Saudi Olympic Committee, General Sports Authority, international winter sports organizations, and sponsors.Drive the growth of snow sports by supporting athlete development programs, coaching initiatives, and grassroots engagement.Secure funding through sponsorships, grants, and partnerships to ensure financial sustainability.Lead marketing and public relations efforts to enhance awareness and participation in winter sports.Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing winter sports.Represent the Federation at national and international events, conferences, and meetings.Monitor and evaluate the Federation’s performance, reporting to the Board of Directors regularly.Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation within the organization.
