Job Title: Freelance AutoCAD Advanced Trainer (Structural Engineering Focus)

Training Overview
We seek an expert AutoCAD trainer to deliver advanced, customized training for our drafting team (2 experienced drafters). The focus is on maximizing efficiency in structural drafting workflows – beyond basic commands – with emphasis on:
Advanced Modification Techniques: Streamlining complex edits, parametric adjustments, and dynamic block optimization.
Custom Shortcuts & Automation: Implementing time-saving aliases, scripting (LISP routines), and workflow automation.
Specialized LISP Applications: Training on existing LISP tools + developing simple custom routines for structural drafting.
Data Management: Advanced XREF/Sheet Set handling, layer state controls, and template standardization.
Trainer Requirements
Proven Expertise: 5+ years using AutoCAD in structural engineering/drafting (portfolio/examples required).
LISP Proficiency: Demonstrable experience in writing, debugging, and teaching practical AutoCAD LISP routines.
Training Experience: Prior success in delivering advanced AutoCAD training to professionals (corporate/industrial settings preferred).
Industry Alignment: Familiarity with structural drafting standards (steel/concrete), BIM workflows
(AutoCAD-based), and QC processes.
Language: Fluent English (Arabic a plus).
Key Deliverables
Tailored 2–3 day training program (10–15 hours total) based on pre-assessment of team needs.
Practical exercises focused on real-world structural drafting challenges.
Documentation: Quick-reference guides for shortcuts/LISP routines + session recordings.
Post-training support (2–3 hours) for Q&A and routine optimization.
