The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead category and relationship management, ensuring value creation across performance and commercial activity.
• Deliver planning and implementation of strategies, driving measurable outcomes.
• Supervise daily team activities, coordinating efforts to achieve agreed objectives.
• Manage and develop teams, fostering performance, technical capability, and coaching for growth.
• Conduct due diligence and market analysis to inform decision-making and strengthen delivery.
• Champion sustainability and net zero carbon transition through proactive identification and management of emissions.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree-qualified with CIPS certification or equivalent.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Demonstrated IT literacy with broad software capability.
