Architectural Design Studio Manager CLEAR is seeking an experienced and dynamic Architectural Design Studio Manager to lead our design studio team.
The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations, coordinate project workflows, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to deliver high-quality architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities: Studio Leadership: Manage and lead the architectural design studio team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.

Resource Management: Manage staffing, recruitment, and professional development to build a skilled and cohesive team.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, consultants, and management to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance studio capabilities.
Educational Background Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
Professional Experience At least 7 years of experience in architectural design with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Technical Skills Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
