Job Purpose The AI Solution Engineer Manager will lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered language solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and customer requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative and scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of AI solution engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
Collaborate closely with product management, presales, and sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and architect AI-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Oversee the development and deployment of AI language technologies, including NLP, machine learning models, and related applications.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and language technologies, incorporating best practices into the development process.
Manage technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing within the team and with stakeholders.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate technical solutions and capabilities.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in AI development or engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Strong expertise in AI technologies, including NLP, machine learning, deep learning frameworks, and language processing tools.
Experience with AI deployment and integration in production environments.
Proven track record managing and mentoring engineering teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
