The AI Administrator will serve as the operational bridge between AI strategy and day-to-day execution — owning the full lifecycle of AI use cases: from ideation and design through build, deployment, and iteration.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a theoretical one.
The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership and BU heads to identify, prioritize, and deliver practical AI applications that create measurable business value — with a strong focus on tools like Claude (Anthropic) and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities 1.
AI Use Case Development & Execution ▸ Identify, document, and prioritize AI use cases across all KHC Business Units (UPTC, Liquids Supply, etc.
) ▸ Own the full use case lifecycle: Idea → Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Iterate ▸ Translate business problems into structured AI prompts, workflows, and automation solutions ▸ Build and manage Claude-powered Artifacts, Agents, and automated workflows ▸ Maintain a live Use Case Registry tracking status, impact, and ROI 2.
AI Adoption & Enablement ▸ Act as the internal AI champion — driving adoption from theory to practical daily operations ▸ Train and onboard team members on AI tools, best practices, and responsible usage ▸ Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for AI-assisted tasks across departments ▸ Conduct regular demos and knowledge-sharing sessions with BU teams ▸ Monitor usage patterns and surface underutilized capabilities 3.
Tool Administration & Integration ▸ Administer Claude (Anthropic) enterprise account including Projects, context management, and integrations ▸ Manage and configure connected MCP tools (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
) ▸ Coordinate with IT on API access, data governance, and security policies ▸ Evaluate and recommend new AI tools, platforms, and integrations ▸ Maintain prompt libraries, templates, and reusable AI building blocks 4.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement ▸ Produce monthly AI Adoption Reports for COO and leadership ▸ Track KPIs: number of active use cases, time saved, error reduction, and adoption rates ▸ Gather feedback from business users and continuously refine deployed solutions ▸ Stay current on AI developments relevant to KHC's industries (utilities, power, trading, logistics) Required Qualifications ▸ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field ▸ 1–4 years of experience in a technology, digital operations, or business analyst role ▸ Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) ▸ Strong Arabic and English communication skills (written and verbal) ▸ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel) ▸ Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications ▸ Experience with prompt engineering, AI workflow design, or LLM-based applications ▸ Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar) ▸ Background in a B2B industrial or energy-sector company is a strong plus ▸ Prior experience translating executive-level requirements into operational AI solutions ▸ Knowledge of data privacy regulations in KSA and responsible AI principles
