Adobe DXP Director - KSA

Role Overview:

We are looking for a DXP Director to lead the architecture, implementation, and scaling of Adobe-based Digital Experience Platforms across giga-scale environments in Saudi Arabia.

This role is focused on technology, platform design, and industrialized delivery, ensuring scalable, high-performance digital ecosystems powered by Adobe.

You will report directly to the Managing Director of Adobe Studio EMEA and lead global delivery teams across multiple markets.

Additionally, this role will play a key role in Go-To-Market activities, shaping solution architecture, technical positioning, and supporting strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  Platform Architecture

• Define and own the end-to-end DXP architecture

  
  

• Design scalable solutions across web platforms, content management, and experience delivery

  
  

  Adobe Implementation Leadership

• Lead implementations of:

  
  

  • Adobe Experience Manager (Sites & Assets)

    
    

  • Adobe Target

    
    

  • Workfront

    
    

• Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and modular design

  
  

  Integration & Ecosystem

• Define integration strategy with:

  
  

  • CDPs (Adobe / Salesforce)

    
    

  • CRM systems

    
    

  • Data platforms

    
    

• Ensure seamless data and content flow across systems

  
  

  Delivery & Operations

• Lead large-scale delivery teams (architects, developers, QA)

  
  

• Define build + operate models

  
  

• Ensure quality, timelines, and cost efficiency

  
  

  Go-To-Market & Sales Contribution

• Partner with Go-To-Market teams to define technical value propositions and solution narratives

  
  

• Contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations

  
  

• Support pre-sales with architecture design and feasibility validation

  
  

• Help shape scalable offerings and reusable solution frameworks

  
  

  Content Supply Chain & AI

• Design and implement end-to-end Content Supply Chain & AI architecture

  
  

• Leverage Adobe (AEM Assets, Workfront) and AI to scale content production

  
  

• Enable modular content, reuse, and automation at scale

  
  

• Optimize workflows across creation, approval, and distribution

  
  

  Required Experience

• 10+ years in DXP, CMS, or Martech architecture

  
  

• Proven experience leading large-scale Adobe implementations

  
  

• Strong background in:
