Stakeholders' management

• Stakeholders Management requires coordination with the vendors and the External Stakeholders, and it includes:
• Stakeholder Tracking and support including the logistics setup, Access to space internet shared folder etc. 
• Project Management Support for the Project Managers
• Related to the Project Management Activities, including but not limited to, MoMs, Project charter alignment, Risk Register, Issue logs, follow-ups on deadlines and collection of deliverables.
• Reporting
  
  • Reporting requirements include:
  • Project level reports including status updates, effective reporting and escalation of project level achievements, risks, issues etc. that will be presented to executive level management
