Water Solutions Project Manager

Job Summary

Manage the plan, coordination of design engineering and implementation of respective functions, including monitoring the progress of assigned projects.

Job Responsibilities 1

The key responsibility include commitment to ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety along with all related activities to water projects, including swimming pools, water features water treatment in sewage plants and desalination plants.

Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the Water Features & Water Solutions projects and take effective corrective actions.

Monitoring project budgets and schedules, overseeing performance to ensure time, quality, and budget project execution.

Coordinate with the design team on all aspects.

Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance and change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities, safety records.

Job Responsibilities 2

Ensure all technical aspects of the Water Solutions projects are strictly complied with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.

Ensure that the Health and Safety requirements are provided and comply with authorities regulations.

Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.

Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.

Prepare project master schedule and perform critical path analysis.

Prepare plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluation.

Establish programs and project controls KPI's.

Lead & Motivate the staff to maximize individual contribution to achieving the Company’s business objectives.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of swimming pools & SPA, wellness solutions, water features, water treatment is a plus

Job Experience

Minimum 12-15 years of Total work experience

Minimum 10 years of Role related work experience

Minimum 8 years in GCC (Preferred)

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
