الوصف الوظيفي

  • Plan and oversee execution of social media strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals.
  • Develop and curate engaging and creative content for social media platforms including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Maintain company’s social media pages and profiles.
  • Create weekly, monthly and yearly calendar and oversee daily/routine postings on all accounts and respective platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Social media coverage during various types of events
  • Manage influencers program and coordinate with bloggers/influencers
  • Monitor social media activities, track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions and increase reach through social media content
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
  • Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
  • Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
  • Carry out and perform other related duties as specified and when required and assigned by the Line Manager to improve or enhance the efficiency of directorate’s work and performance.


المهارات

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Marketing or related field.


Multimedia:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Multimedia Field.
  • Using Adobe Creative Suite and programs that help in creating/editing video clips and animations and photos.


Social Media:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Has direct experience managing or coordinating an organization's social media accounts.
