Senior Transportation modeler

The candidate will be carrying out Strategic Modelling (transportation, public transport, parking, freight, pedestrian and cycling), reviewing the limitation of analysis and validation method adopted for a study and identifying the mitigation plan. The candidate shall lead the development of transportation / traffic models, and network simulations. Candidate shall work closely with Project Managers and senior project team members for the review, validation and handover of transportation models internally and other authorities.

Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering, particularly in traffic modeling transportation. Strong knowledge of traffic modeling software, such as Cube, VISUM, VISSIM, Synchro, MXROAD, SIDRA, HCS, Auto TURN, etc.

The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in science. – Strong operational modeling skills – Strong quantitative and analytical skills – Proficiency in spoken & Written English, Arabic is an advantage.
