Job Summary

The Senior Property Manager provides strategic oversight and leadership across a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. Drive cost optimization strategies while ensuring profitability and long-term asset growth.


Business Development & Market Expansion

Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to strengthen market presence.


Governance, Risk & Compliance


Ensure adherence to leasing regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.

Job Experience

10–12 years of experience in property management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
