JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and repairs of the HVAC System and its components on all facilities
• Responsible for the correct execution of the maintenance activities and repairs of systems and components.
• Responsible for the optimum/efficient performance of all the HVAC systems
• Manages the onsite with the technical teams.
• Monitoring and analyses on daily basis the operation of Water / Air Cooled chillers.
• Close follow up all the HVAC activities related to preventive or corrective maintenance and general any other technical works along with the HVAC technical team.
• Follow up in close control with the HVAC subcontractors, specialist and suppliers.
• Follow up and maintain all the required reports to be available on time.
• Manages the manpower resources relating to systems under his responsibility.
• Responsible for Quality Control and audits of a predefined percentage of corrective and preventive maintenance throughout the facilities
• Responsible for the training of the Technical Team
• Ensures effective use of consumables, spare parts and tools for the performance of the works
• Approves the requests for the purchase of necessary consumables, spare parts and tools
• Develops practical planning and methods for executing the works
• Ensures that method statements are generated, issued and understood by relevant AKTOR personnel
• To ensure that material and progress tracking schedules are maintained up to date at all times
• Ensures that the quality of the Works conforms to the Contract Requirements
• Ensures that the necessary competent resources are available to execute the Works according to the approved time schedule and to meet agreed milestones
• Works in close collaboration with the Project Manager in relation to continuous improvement, work rectification, closing out NCR’s (immediate and corrective action requests)
• Liaises with the procurement section to ensure that purchased materials are correctly ordered and delivered on time
• Ensure that the quality of the Works conforms to the contract requirements.
