Senior GIS/Data Application Specialist (Environmental Background)

Specialist in designs, analysis, validation and maintenance of GIS applications and databases such as Central Data Management System, Completion of Data and Graphical Presentation, Remote Sensing and Geodatabase for Infrastructure Sector. Should be able to perform general mapping and digital data development. Should have knowledge of GIS application development using Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS or similar software. He / She Should have ability to manipulate data using ArcGIS Desktop or similar. Should be able to create maps, publish map services, and produce other GIS products using Esri ArcGIS 10x; software packages including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Access and other related applications.
Should be good in written and oral communication skills, report writing and strong.

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in geographical information systems (GIS), web portal/application design, and demonstrated knowledge of SQL Server. Programming skills including ASP NET framework, Oracle, MVC, ArcGIS, Oracle database, SQL, and GIS database design.

Data Management/IT Professional with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience. Experience shall include database design and development, integral knowledge of geographical information systems (GIS), web portal/application design, and demonstrated knowledge of SQL Server. Preferred academic qualification is a BSc in Computer Science, GIS.
