Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring a Senior Facility Engineer for a client in Qatar. The role involves overseeing facility operations, maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure system reliability.
• Lead facility improvement projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and environmental standards.
• Optimize energy use and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead and mentor engineering and maintenance teams.
• Develop emergency response plans and ensure backup system readiness.
• Prepare budgets and oversee equipment procurement.
Requirements:
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Experience : 8+ years in facility engineering; CFM and QCDD certifications are a plus.
• Mandatory : Qatar MME/UPDA Grade A or B certification.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance software, and energy management.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
