Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring for a well-known healthcare facility in Qatar. We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Consultant , with a specialized focus on healthcare consultancy in mental health and rehabilitation services. This role involves providing strategic expertise, conducting in-depth assessments, and developing tailored solutions to enhance client operations and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert consultancy services in mental health and rehabilitation.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and analyses of client needs and operational workflows.
• Design and implement customized strategies to optimize client services and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and effective service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer cutting-edge recommendations.
• Prepare and present high-quality reports and presentations to clients and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in healthcare consultancy, particularly in mental health and rehabilitation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
