Salon Manager

Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a skilled and experienced Salon Manager for a client in Qatar.

Job Title: Salon Manager-Local Hire
Arab nationalities Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily salon operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
• Ensure the salon is clean, well-maintained, and meets all health and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Oversee scheduling and appointment bookings to optimize salon efficiency.
• Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high performance standards.
• Manage financial records, and expense tracking.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a managerial role within a salon or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in managing salon operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Arab nationality is required for this position.

Salary Range:
• QR 5,000 – 6,000
