The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our real estate company in Doha, Qatar. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual who possesses a strong background in sales and a passion for real estate. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  6. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  7. Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales staff, providing feedback and guidance.
  9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  10. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its offerings.

  9. Fluent in Arabic and English
