Sales & Career Development Consultant

We are looking for a Sales & Career Development Consultant who thrives at the intersection of client acquisition and career enablement. In this role, you’ll not only drive new business but also guide individuals or organizations in choosing the right talent or career development solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a pipeline of B2B and B2C clients interested in career-focused services or platforms
• Understand and communicate the value of our solutions in the context of talent acquisition, upskilling, and employability
• Partner with career coaches, HR professionals, and job seekers to identify client needs and position the right services
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to refine go-to-market messaging

Preferred Background:

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or client advisory roles
• Familiarity with career coaching, resume writing, recruitment, or L&D services
• Strong digital fluency—comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and virtual meeting platforms
