Public Relations Officer (PRO) -Qatari

Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all government-related documentation and approvals for the construction company in Qatar. The role ensures full compliance with Qatari labor, immigration, and commercial regulations by coordinating with relevant ministries and authorities. 

Construction-Specific Responsibilities

Construction Security 

Municipality permits Project-related government documentation

Site access permits where required
Maintain accurate records of all government transactions
Track expiration dates of visas, IDs, licenses, and permits
Ensure adherence to Qatar labor law and immigration regulations

• Process employment visas, work permits, and residence permits (RP) for employees

  
  

• Handle visa renewals, transfers, cancellations, and exits

  
  

• Manage medical tests, fingerprinting, and Qatar ID issuance

  
  

• Coordinate labor contracts and approvals through the Ministry of Labour system
