Programme Lead

1. Minimum of 20 years overall post graduate experience Project Controls lead for planning projects of deep tunnel and pumping station Extensive experience of marine projects preferred.
2. At least 12 years experience working as part of a Programme Management Consultants (PMC) organization or similar for delivering large multidisciplinary infrastructure Programme
3. Demostable track record in the delivery of large multidisciplinary Projects
4. Current and detailed knowledge of various scheduling, cost, collaboration and other IT applications
5. In-depth knowledge of Project Controls Procedures
6. A “rounded profile”, with experience in strategic planning, risk managment and/or change management analysis and commercial considerations.

1. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in an appropriate field such as Engineering, or equivalent
2. Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
3. Professionally qualified in PMP/MRICS or equivalent
4. Driver’s Licence
