Production Supervisor (Goldsmith and Handcrafts)

Salary: QAR 6,000 – 8,000 (based on experience)

Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring a Production Supervisor with expertise in goldsmithing and handcrafts. This role involves overseeing the production of high-quality, custom swords, trunks, trophies, and artisanal items, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and quality standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury handcrafted items and skilled in leading a team of artisans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all production stages, from concept to completion
• Lead a team of skilled goldsmiths, carpenters, and craftsmen
• Collaborate with the design team to bring concepts to life
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to craftsmanship standards
• Train and mentor staff, manage inventory, and monitor production schedules
• Implement safety standards and seek ways to improve efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in goldsmithing and handcrafts
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in goldsmith techniques and handcrafting processes
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail
