  • Description: Responsibilities
    •Lead overall plant operations to ensure efficient production, quality assurance, safety compliance, and cost optimization across all dairy processing units.
    •Develop and implement strategic production plans aligned with company objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.
    •Oversee maintenance, supply chain, and inventory management to guarantee uninterrupted production and adherence to food safety standards.
    •Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield optimization, waste reduction, and process innovation.
    •Manage, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to foster high performance, accountability, and a culture of quality and safety.
    •Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and quality departments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer specifications.

    Qualifications

    •In-depth knowledge of dairy processing operations, HACCP, GMP, and international food safety standards.
    •Proven ability to lead large teams, manage complex operations, and deliver measurable performance improvements.
    •Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on operational efficiency and cost management.
    •Excellent communication and leadership abilities with proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
