We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.

• Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards
• Change linens, make beds, and restock room supplies as needed
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in a safe and sanitary manner
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the supervisor promptly
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper storage and usage
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer or guest requests
• Adhere to confidentiality and privacy guidelines, especially in residential or hotel environments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
• Participate in periodic deep cleaning projects as scheduled

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is advantageous but not required
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina; able to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Customer-focused attitude with good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established protocols
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting privacy
