Job Description:

Our Salon and Spa is looking for a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair care, up-to-date with the latest trends, and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences
• Cut, style, and color hair based on client requests and hair type
• Recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments based on face shape and hair condition
• Perform hair treatments such as deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp massages
• Maintain knowledge of the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
• Ensure a clean and organized workstation and follow hygiene and safety standards
• Upsell salon products and services to clients
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base through excellent service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, or similar role
• Certification in hairdressing or cosmetology (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of hair coloring, cutting, and styling techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Professional and friendly attitude
