Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Direction & Visual Storytelling:
o Lead creative direction across campaigns and projects, ensuring visual storytelling aligns with the brand and objectives.
o Take charge of art direction and oversee the design process to deliver cohesive creative outputs.
2. Brand Identity Development:
o Develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive brand identities for both internal projects and external clients.
o Ensure all design elements uphold and enhance the brand’s visual identity across all platforms.
3. Print Design:
o Design high-quality print materials including brochures, packaging, and corporate collateral.
o Ensure print designs align with company standards and client expectations.
4. Digital Design:
o Create engaging digital assets for web, social media, and advertising platforms.
o Design interactive and user-centric content for online platforms.
5. UI/UX Design:
o Contribute to user interface design and user experience workflows for websites and apps.
o Ensure seamless and effective design solutions for digital experiences.
6. Motion Graphics:
o Produce dynamic motion graphics and animations for content and branding purposes.
o Develop animations to enhance storytelling and visual appeal across digital platforms.
7. 3D Design:
o Create 3D visuals, renders, or animations to support product, spatial, or campaign design.
o Utilize 3D tools to enhance and bring design concepts to life.

8. AI Integration:
o Utilize AI tools, such as Midjourney, to generate visual concepts, moodboards, and explore creative possibilities.
o Stay updated with AI-driven design tools to push creative boundaries and improve efficiency.
9. Collaboration & Mentorship:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development teams, to ensure cohesive and innovative design outputs.
o Provide mentorship and constructive creative feedback to junior designers, guiding their development.
10. Trend Awareness:
o Stay ahead of design trends, emerging tools, and technologies to ensure Senyar’s design work remains fresh and innovative.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
• Creative & Organizational Skills:
o Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
o Ability to work well with tight deadlines and in a collaborative team environment.
• Design Expertise:
o Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
o Experience with HTML, motion graphics, and animation is a plus.
• Conceptual & Typography Skills:
o Strong conceptual skills with a keen sense of design, layout, and typography.
o A broad thinker who can offer a variety of design solutions and approaches.
• Communication & Teamwork:
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
o Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating leadership and teamwork.
