We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Commercial Leasing Agent for a prestigious client. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about real estate and sales, with a focus on leasing residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively market and lease residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct outdoor marketing activities such as distributing flyers, making cold calls, and visiting potential clients.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Assist clients with property viewings and provide detailed information about rental properties.
• Negotiate rental agreements and effectively close deals.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly leasing targets.
Requirements:
• Experience in real estate sales or commercial leasing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
• Ability to manage outdoor marketing tasks effectively.
• Valid Qatari driving license is preferred.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
