Job Description

We are hiring experienced Bartender for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar & Kuwait.

• Prepare and serve mocktails, cocktails, juices, soft beverages, and other drinks as per company standards

  
  
  

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

  
  
  

• Ensure proper beverage presentation and service quality

  
  
  

• Interact with guests professionally and provide excellent customer service

  
  
  

• Monitor bar inventory and assist in stock control

  
  
  

• Ensure all bar equipment and tools are properly maintained

  
  
  

• Follow recipes, portion standards, and company SOPs

  
  
  

• Handle customer requests and resolve service issues professionally

  
  
  

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards

  
  
  

• Coordinate with restaurant service staff and management for smooth operations

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Bartender in restaurants, hotels, lounges, or bars

  
  
  

• Good knowledge of beverage preparation and bar operations

• Strong communication and customer service skills

  
  
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  
  
  

• Basic English communication skills

  
  
  

• Gulf experience preferred
