Senior JS (React) Developer (Maritime Industry)

They are looking for a Senior JavaScript Developer with deep React expertise to help shape the frontend of their maritime platform. You will build complex, high-performance user interfaces, drive technical decisions on the frontend, and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative, cloud-first environment.

• Architect and develop scalable, performant React applications that deliver intuitive experiences for maritime professionals.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend microservices via REST and GraphQL APIs deployed on Azure.

  
  
  

• Champion code quality through thorough code reviews, automated testing, and continuous improvement.

  
  
  

• Mentor mid and junior developers, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

  
  
  

• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive end-to-end features.

  
  
  

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience, with at least 3 years focused on React.

  
  
  

• Strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

  
  
  

• Experience building and consuming APIs within microservices architectures.

  
  
  

• Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.

  
  
  

• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and deploying frontend applications to cloud environments.

  
  
  

• Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows including code review and branching strategies.

  
  
  

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Query).

  
  
  

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
