VPS Engineer (VSA Specialist) (M/F/D)

Skawina’s engine cooling plant is the largest and oldest Valeo site in Poland. The plant designs and manufactures the latest generation of innovative heat exchangers, i.e., engine coolers, oil coolers, air turbocharger coolers, air-conditioning and complete engine cooling systems (cooling modules), which in addition to their basic functions allow to reduce fuel consumption and emissions of harmful substances including carbon dioxide.

Currently for our entity Valeo Thermal Systems in Skawina we recruit VPS Engineer (VSA Specialist)

YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Value Stream Analysis for Series & P1 Awarded (data gathering, interviews with the Employees, genba walks, Current State preparation, improvements / workshops proposing)
• VPS Workshops deployment
• DL P-30 Plan management (savings calculation, reporting, transversalization).
• Layout & physical flow management (including logistics activities)
• Relayout project lead - specification proparation, supplier offers collection, timeline management, documentation management, work supervisory
• Valeo 5000 audit (PS11)
   

JOIN OUR TEAM IF YOU HAVE:

• Knowledge of PCS (Production Control System) will be an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP (Rate Routings, BOMs)
• MS Excel (Advanced)
• Google Sheets (Macros recording, Scripts)
• SQL will be an advantage
• Analytical skills
• Logical thinking
