Network Data & Netscaler Support Analyst PL

What You'll Do:

• Operate and optimize Citrix NetScaler/ADC load balancing (VIPs, services, health monitors), including application onboarding, persistence validation, and health checks
• Manage SSL offloading, cipher suites, and certificate bindings, ensuring post-change validation, security compliance, and smooth certificate renewals
• Monitor ADC/HA performance and throughput, handle incident response, troubleshoot issues (persistence, SSL handshake, health probes), and validate HA failover
• Maintain configuration backups, golden templates, firmware upgrades, and align setups with security baselines, audit requirements, and migration activities
• Collaborate with WAF/CDN/Proxy teams, support routing/fronting changes, document service dependencies, and deliver KPIs, reports, and knowledge base updates

• Strong expertise in Citrix NetScaler/ADC (L4–L7), including load balancing, GSLB, and advanced health monitoring
• Solid understanding of SSL/TLS protocols and certificate lifecycle management for secure ADC bindings
• Good grasp of networking fundamentals (routing, health probes) with disciplined rollback and change management practices
• Familiarity with fronting architectures involving WAF, CDN, and proxy layers for secure and scalable application delivery
• Experience with SIEM and monitoring integrations, leveraging ADC telemetry for performance insights and incident detection
