Junior Project Coordinator location: Gryfino Role description: Arcadis is currently providing construction supervision services for a major Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Gryfino for PGE.
To support the successful delivery of this strategic energy infrastructure investment, we are looking for ambitious students or recent graduates eager to gain practical experience on a large-scale construction project.
As a Project Administration Intern, you will work closely with an experienced Arcadis project team, including the Project Manager, Cost Manager, discipline engineers, and Planning/Scheduling specialists.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how large energy infrastructure projects are managed while supporting day-to-day site operations and collaborating with contractors and project stakeholders.
Role accountabilities: Support project teams in the delivery of exciting construction and infrastructure projects.
Assist with project coordination, documentation, and scheduling activities.
Help prepare reports, meeting notes, and project updates.
Work closely with engineers, planners, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Participate in site visits and gain practical experience in project delivery.
Learn how large-scale projects are managed from planning through construction.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and collaborative working environment.
Qualifications & Experience: Student or recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in construction projects, energy infrastructure, or project management.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good command of Polish and English.
Availability to work from the project site in Gryfino.
Previous internship or construction-related experience is an advantage but not required.
