(fluent Ukrainian) Middle SEO & Content Growth Specialist (Poland)

We’re looking for a hands-on SEO & Content Growth Specialist for a Ukrainian product IT company that has been specializing in developing desktop applications for macOS and iOS. You’ll own acquisition through high-intent SEO and product content, using AI-driven workflows to consistently produce, test, and optimize content that drives downloads and revenue.

What you will do:

• Research SEO-driven content opportunities based on real user problems;
• Create and optimize blog articles, tutorials, landing pages, and product-led content;
• Refresh and improve old content to increase rankings and downloads;
• Support internal linking and basic content indexing best practices;
• Look for simple backlink/mention/community placement opportunities;
• Research additional free organic traffic channels, Reddit, forums, Quora, communities etc. (we're open for new ideas!);
• Use AI tools to speed up research, outlining, drafting, and optimization;
• Track content and new channels performance via GA4, GSC, Ahrefs and reporting dashboards;
• Suggest new content and organic growth ideas regularly.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 1+ year of relevant experience in SEO marketing / content marketing / growth marketing or similar positions;
• Experience in a product IT company or SaaS company is strongly preferred;
• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, rankings, and content optimization;
• Understanding of internal linking, indexing basics, and on-page SEO best practices;
• Experience with English written content creation or management;
• Confident use of AI tools for workflow optimization;
• Comfortable with analytics/performance metrics;
• Strong B2-C1 English;
• Self-starter mindset, curiosity, willingness to learn deeper SEO ownership.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with desktop macOS and Windows apps;
• Experience with YouTube content optimization/tutorial content;
• Basic backlink outreach/community placement experience;
• Basic CRO understanding.
