ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a leader who is:

• An experienced Secondary leader with a track record of improving academic outcomes
• Relational and emotionally intelligent, able to bring people with you
• Confident working with autonomy, trust, and accountability
• Passionate about curriculum, teaching and learning, and student success
• Experienced in, or ready to lead, Sixth Form development and university pathways
• Energised by working in a smaller school where leadership is visible and personal

SELECTION PROCESS

There will be two stages of interviews. Final shortlisted candidates will be invited to Manila for face-to-face individual and panel interviews.
