ZARR Intern Description Location: Islamabad Last Date to Apply: 20th May 2026 What is the role for ZARR Intern?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Intern to support day-to-day financial operations, partner coordination, and payout processes.
The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of finance processes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage timelines across multiple stakeholders.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working with data, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring smooth execution of operational and payout workflows.
What will you do in this role?
Support end-to-end payout operations and ensure timely execution of payment cycles.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align on payout schedules, documentation, and approvals.
Follow up with Points of Contact (PoCs) and stakeholders to ensure deadlines and dependencies are met.
Track and manage operational workflows, escalations, and pending approvals.
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare dashboards, trackers, and reports using spreadsheets and analytics tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, partnerships, and customer experience teams.
Support process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and turnaround times.
(Optional) Assist in handling basic CX-related queries and coordination where required.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or a related field.
Basic understanding of finance operations, payout processes, and approvals workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Presentation making and Presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data analysis and reporting is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Familiarity with customer experience (CX) processes is a plus.
Skills: This role requires strong good people management skills.
Experience with dashboards or analytics tools (e.
g., Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau) is a bonus.
Comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments.
Strong coordination and follow-up capabilities.
