Waiter

Job Description:

• Provide excellent service to guests, responding to their needs and inquiries
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction with dining experience
• Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and accurately
• Maintain high standards of table setting, presentation, and cleanliness
• Ensure timely clearance of tables and refilling of beverages
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively with other waiters, captains, and kitchen staff to achieve common goals
• Ability to lead by example and support junior waiters to achieve high performance standards

Qualification & Experience:

• Secondary in Arts / Intermediate in Arts
• 2 to 3 years of Hotel/ Restaurant Experience required

Essential Technical Skills:

• Menu Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Service Standards: Understanding of high-end service standards and ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Table Management: Ability to manage table settings, orders, and payments effectively
