✨ What You’ll Own User Research & UX Strategy Conduct: user interviews usability testing surveys behavior analysis Translate insights into: personas user journeys flows wireframes Use tools like: Hotjar FullStory Google Analytics to identify friction points and improvement opportunities Wireframing & Prototyping Create: low-fidelity wireframes interactive prototypes high-fidelity product mockups Design in: Figma Adobe XD Sketch Rapidly iterate based on: stakeholder feedback QA findings user testing results UI Design & Product Experience Design clean, modern, and conversion-focused interfaces Create responsive experiences across: desktop tablet mobile Develop: typography systems color systems reusable components scalable UI libraries Ensure every interaction feels intuitive and polished Design Systems & Consistency Build and maintain scalable design systems Standardize: components layouts spacing interaction patterns Ensure consistency across products and teams Support engineering with: organized assets specs design documentation Accessibility & Usability Design with WCAG accessibility standards in mind Ensure: contrast compliance responsive layouts keyboard accessibility usability best practices Improve: user flows task completion rates conversion paths Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with: product managers developers QA leadership Participate in: sprint planning product discussions feature prioritization Deliver smooth handoffs using: Figma Dev Mode Zeplin InVision Inspect 🔥 What We’re Looking For Core Requirements 2+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience Strong portfolio showcasing: UX problem-solving UI craftsmanship responsive product design Advanced proficiency with: Figma Adobe XD Sketch Experience creating: wireframes prototypes responsive layouts design systems Strong understanding of: usability principles accessibility interaction design mobile-first thinking ⭐ Nice to Have Experience designing: SaaS products mobile apps e-commerce platforms Familiarity with: HTML/CSS basics developer workflows Agile environments Experience with: A/B testing analytics platforms user behavior tools Knowledge of: design systems at scale conversion optimization 📅 What a Typical Day Looks Like Research user behavior and identify UX improvements Design wireframes and interactive prototypes Create polished UI designs for new features and workflows Collaborate with product and engineering teams during sprints Refine and expand design systems Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on feedback Prepare developer-ready design handoffs In short: You create intuitive, modern digital experiences that improve usability, engagement, and product adoption.
