Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top technical talent to join our growing team. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for technical positions

• Utilize various recruiting tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent

• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of1-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in the IT industry

• Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions

• Strong understanding of various technical roles and skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Pakistan

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
