Senior Technical Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement technical customizations and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics. The ideal candidate will collaborate with functional teams, understand business requirements, and translate them into high-quality, scalable technical solutions.

• Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics (AX / D365 F&O / D365 CE / Business Central — adjust as required).
  

  
  

• Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications.
  

  
  

• Build custom modules, plugins, workflows, entities, and extensions.
  

  
  

• Integrate Dynamics with external systems via APIs, web services, and middleware.
  

  
  

• Optimize existing code, troubleshoot issues, and improve system performance.
  

  
  

• Execute data migration tasks including transformations, mapping, and validation.
  

  
  

• Prepare technical documentation including design specs, architecture, and deployment guides.
  

  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  

  
  

• Support production environments by diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  

  
  

• Participate in UAT, deployment cycles, and post-go-live support.
  

  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics Technical Consultant (AX / CE / F&O / BC — customize based on role).
  

  
  

• Strong proficiency in:
  

  
  

  • X++ (if AX/F&O)
    

    
    

  • C#, .NET, Plugins, Workflows (if CE)
    

    
    

  • AL Language (if Business Central)
    

    
    

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
  

  
  

• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Azure services.
  

  
  

• Solid understanding of Dynamics architecture, extensions, customizations, and deployment pipelines.
  

  
  

• Ability to analyze and convert functional requirements into technical solutions.
  

  
  

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
  

  
  

• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD for Dynamics deployments.
  

  
  

• Knowledge of SSRS, Power BI, and data modeling.
  

  
  

• Functional understanding of Finance, SCM, Sales, HR or other Dynamics modules.
  

  
  

• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics or Power Platform.
